Service terms
Clear expectations for using SignCloudNine.
Effective August 14, 2026
Service
SignCloudNine provides self-service owner workspaces and directly managed pilot workspaces operated by CMIT.EMB. These web terms supplement any written pilot or service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
Complimentary screen and annual software price
Each eligible self-service workspace receives one complimentary screen for 30 consecutive days. No payment method is required to use it, and the 30 days begin when the first standard Apple TV successfully connects with a setup code—not when the workspace is created or while content is being prepared. The complimentary screen is offered once per workspace. App Review access and the directly managed legacy operations workspace are handled separately.
After the complimentary period, SignCloudNine software access is $50 per screen per year, billed annually. The Apple TV may continue playing its last-known-good content while showing a license notice until access is re-enabled. Starting annual billing before the complimentary period ends does not shorten the included time; Stripe shows the first charge date before confirmation. Adding another paid screen during the year can create an immediate prorated charge. Removing a paid screen reduces the next renewal quantity but does not automatically refund the current paid period; removing the final billed screen ends the subscription. Apple TV hardware, displays, installation, content creation, onsite service, taxes, and separately agreed managed services are not included.
Authorized access
Use the service only for a workspace you are authorized to manage. Keep owner credentials and legacy administrator keys confidential, do not share them outside the authorized operating team, and sign out or lock the workspace when work is complete. Self-service signup currently creates one owner account; team invitations and site-level roles are not yet available.
Content and permissions
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every image, video, name, and other item submitted to the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
Service operation
SignCloudNine is designed to protect established screen geometry, preserve revision information, and support last-known-good playback. A pilot workspace does not include a public uptime guarantee or service-level agreement unless one appears in a separate written agreement.
Changes and suspension
The service may be changed as the pilot develops. Access may be suspended to protect the service, a workspace, a device, or other users, or when an authorized pilot relationship ends.
Questions and notices
Submit service, legal, or account questions through the SignCloudNine contact form. A new owner workspace can be created through Create workspace. Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact form with “Privacy request” selected.
